Global Female Talents in Finance and Business

  • Understand the fundamentals of the German banking system, Frankfurt’s role as a European financial capital, and the business models of national and international banks, including perspectives on gender issues in banking.
  • Engage with experts from academia and industry, compare German and Korean business cultures, and build a solid understanding of the regulatory, social, and economic frameworks shaping work and careers in Germany.
  • Lectures at Frankfurt UAS combined with company visits, workshops, and case studies conducted in collaboration with industry partners.

Accommodation Check-In on Sunday, 2 August 2026. Schedule is subject to change.

This course is open to students from selected partner universities in Korea. In line with the course’s thematic focus on female empowerment, participation is limited to students who identify as women from our partner institutions.

The course has a maximum capacity of 20 participants.

Students will earn a total of 6 ECTS points for the successful completion of the course. 

A single ECTS point is defined as the equivalent of 25-30 hours of student workload, which includes class hours, readings, preparation for class activities, as well as assessment measures.

Costs

The program fee is 850€.

Registration

Interested students from participating partner universities should register through their respective International Office. Once nominated by their home university, students will receive detailed instructions for completing the final registration from the Frankfurt Summer Universities team.
